Defective Products If you receive a defective product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund including return shipping costs, or exchange it for another item, or opt to have it repaired, if possible. Please contact me before returning the item and be prepared to provide photos of the defect if requested.

General Returns If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method, or you may exchange it for another item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for non-defective returns.

Return Process Please contact me at dragonfly8dreams@yahoo.com before initiating any return. This helps me process your return quickly and may allow me to offer solutions such as a repair, a custom replacement, or an exchange.

Refund Timeline Once I receive your returned item, I will process your refund within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
